shimmer_onSunset, as of Movie 4 Legend of Everfree as a form of empathy and telepathy. As such, she can hear very loud surface thoughts such as angry exclamations, internal squealing and others within a meter proximity. She can't hear actual words at this point, but she can understand your emotional state.
The other thing she has is a Touch Telepathic connection, able to see into memories with skin to skin touch. She can do this willingly or inadvertently, but for the most part has a definite control over the Telepathy. She cannot send her emotions into anyone, merely see into your characters memories and emotional state.
